Fra announces LOVE FREQUENCY, a new italodance/eurodance album that expands his sonic identity through a more emotional and immersive approach to the dancefloor.
The project is structured as a continuous night-time experience, where each track represents a different emotional phase: resilience, movement, attraction, surrender, ritual, intimacy, desire, sound and inner clarity. The album moves through club spaces, urban landscapes and late-night atmospheres, maintaining a coherent narrative centered on connection, presence and emotional intensity.
The album opens with A testa alta, a powerful statement of personal reconstruction and resilience. It sets the emotional foundation of the record: moving forward without fear, accepting the past and turning vulnerability into strength.
The journey continues with Contromarea, where the night becomes movement against the current. Built around imagery of rivers, bridges and distant lights, the track introduces the idea of following an inner force even when it goes against direction, habit or expectation.
With Dimmi dove vai, the album enters a more direct emotional space. The song focuses on attraction, closeness and the fear of watching someone leave, turning a simple question into a dancefloor hook charged with tension and desire.
Fino a scomparire represents one of the emotional peaks of the album. Darker, more intense and cinematic, the track explores the moment in which love, identity and sensation dissolve into sound, until everything becomes light, instinct and pure frequency.
At the center of the album, Il ballo della luna opens a more ritualistic and nocturnal dimension. The track evokes ancient dances, shadows, fire and moonlight, transforming the dancefloor into a collective ceremony suspended between fear, release and freedom.
Nel cuore della notte brings the focus back to intimacy. With its minimal and direct imagery, the song captures the fragile moment when being close to someone becomes the only thing that makes the night feel real.
The emotional tension continues with Resta fino all’alba, a track built around the desire to hold onto a moment before it disappears. It speaks of staying, touching, understanding without too many words, and letting the night change the direction of things.
With Sale il suono, music itself becomes the central force. The track describes sound as something that rises slowly, enters the body and changes perception, connecting two people through rhythm, movement and atmosphere.
The album closes with Segnali nel blu, a more urban and introspective ending. Between traffic lights, city reflections and late-night thoughts, the song turns music into a signal capable of breaking through darkness and restoring order within.
From a production standpoint, LOVE FREQUENCY remains rooted in classic italodance and eurodance aesthetics: high BPM structures, straight kick patterns, offbeat basslines, pronounced sidechain compression and prominent “chainsaw” synth leads. At the same time, the record introduces a stronger emphasis on dynamics and atmosphere, with extended breakdowns, ambient textures and more vocal-driven sections.
With over 60 released tracks and one previous album, OFFLINE PARADISO, Fra continues to develop a coherent artistic direction, positioning LOVE FREQUENCY as a natural evolution of his work: a record where the dancefloor becomes not only a place to move, but a space where emotions, memories and human connection become sound.
